We live in a cool climate that is well suited to sometime temperamental needs on the Pinot grape.
To produce wine of the highest quality we use our hands when others use machines. We thin, pluck and harvest by hand to ensure their health and that of the soil from which they grow, delivering them to our winemaker in perfect condition.
